🙏 Bhauma Pradosh Vrat Puja Vidhi

  1. Wake up early and take a holy bath during Brahma Muhurat.
  2. Observe fasting throughout the day and break it after Pradosh Puja.
  3. Clean the Shiva temple or puja area and light a diya.
  4. Offer bilva leaves, milk, ghee, honey, sandalwood, and flowers to Lord Shiva.
  5. Recite the Shiva Chalisa, Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra, or Pradosh Vrat Katha.
  6. Donate food or clothes to the poor and seek divine blessings.

🕉️ Spiritual Significance of Bhauma Pradosh

The Bhauma Pradosh is said to destroy Mangal Dosha and reduce the malefic effects of Mars (Mangal Graha). It blesses devotees with courage, good health, and prosperity.

It is also believed that observing this vrat with pure devotion grants freedom from past sins and brings peace and harmony in married life. Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati are especially worshipped during Pradosh Kaal to gain their divine grace.
