But before you sign that sale deed, it’s worth checking if your plot aligns with Vastu Shastra principles—small changes now can prevent big problems later.
1. Plot Shape
- Best: Square or rectangular plots ensure balanced energy flow.
- Avoid: Irregular shapes (triangular, L-shaped) unless corrected with Vastu remedies.
- Local Tip: In Gurugram’s plotted colonies, corner plots often have cut edges—ensure they’re balanced with boundary walls or landscaping.
2. Direction of the Plot
- East-facing: Brings prosperity and good health.
- North-facing: Favors career growth and wealth.
- South or West-facing: Can be beneficial for certain professions but should be chosen only with expert guidance.
3. Road Placement
- North or East-facing roads are considered most auspicious.
